Note: The conference registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, coffee break, as well as Monday and Wednesday evening receptions. The fee does not include the Vancouver Aquarium reception or carbon offset, which are offered separately; nor does it include any transportation/accommodation (see 'visitor information' page).
*A special reception will be held at the Vancouver Aquarium on the evening of February 3rd. A shuttle service will be provided to take guests to and from the hotel and aquarium.
**The $10 fee will mitigate for the carbon emissions from our event. We are donating all money received through the carbon offset fee to The Climate Trust who invests in a diverse portfolio of projects designed to offset the release of greenhouse gases. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be refunded in full, minus a $50 processing fee, only if the cancellations are received on or before February 2, 2009 via email or fax (no phone calls). No refunds of any kind will be given for cancellation requests occurring after February 2, 2009. The refund due to cancellation is only for the conference registration fee listed above. It is not applied to any travel fee and accommodations. For the cancellation policy of your hotel and flight reservations, please consult with your hotel and travel agency directly.
